- Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box).
- Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Standard deliveries take 3 to 10 working days and express deliveries, between 2 and 3 working days.
- How much do I pay for delivery service?
Standard delivery – Included on item price.
Express delivery – 15.00 EUR.
- Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped where you can follow the package in real-time.
- What is the home delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

- How do I return an item?
For returning an item please contact our customer service.
- How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment. This is in addition to your right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
The customer service will inform you on this. Should the return be based on a faulty item, an incorrect item or in any problem with the purchased items or a return made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order the return costs shall be supported by Miguel Oliveira – Fun Club.
- How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
- When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/credir institution.
- What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
Contact our customer service, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible
- Can I exchange my product?
Yes, if you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.
Miguel Oliveira – Fan Club reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
- In which countries is it possible to shop online?
Miguel Oliveira – Fun Club ships to anywhere in the Europe.
- How many languages is it possible to browse in?
Right now the website is available in Portuguese and in English. Other languages are coming very soon.
- Are the online store prices the same as a store?
Yes, the prices are the same.
- Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
- Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, the product will be the same as what you see in the photo.
- Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about new products and offers?
Yes. By simply clicking on Newsletter or becoming a Miguel Oliveira Fan Club member you will receive information on Miguel Oliveira’s latest products and news.
- Can I cancel my Newsletter subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription directly on the newsletter.
- How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the My Account section. You will receive an email with your new password.
- How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.
- Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows you to. To do this, go to the "my orders" section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you and click cancel.
- What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Miguel Oliveira – Fun Club only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.
- What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.
Should there be any litigation resulting from the Delivery and Returns of online shopping made under this website the purchaser and Miguel Oliveira – Fun Club accept the jurisdiction of the Courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
