Os tracksdays de<strong> 6\u00aaf <\/strong>foram bastante positivos. Senti-me confort\u00e1vel na mota mas tive uma queda ligeiramente dolorosa no fim mas com a ajuda do meu fisioterapeuta, da equipa e da minha m\u00e3e que fez-me gelo durante a noite e deu-me medica\u00e7\u00e3o consegui melhorar do joelho e do cotovelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No <strong>s\u00e1bado<\/strong> come\u00e7amos pelos treinos livres e tive algumas dores no joelho, mas consegui fazer o meu tempo de 6\u00aaf apesar de n\u00e3o conseguir bater o meu tempo recorde.&nbsp; Nos treinos cronometrados e senti-me um pouco desconfort\u00e1vel na mota e s\u00f3 consegui dar uma volta e quando tentei fazer outra volta lan\u00e7ada, apesar de ter ca\u00eddo conseguimos qualificar em 1\u00ba, mas n\u00e3o era bem o tempo que quer\u00edamos fazer mas est\u00e1vamos motivados a melhorar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No <strong>domingo<\/strong> fiz os 2\u00ba treinos cronometrados e senti-me mais confort\u00e1vel na mota do que no s\u00e1bado e consegui a Pole! Na corrida, arrancamos da 1\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o e nas primeiras voltas lutei para manter o lugar com outro piloto mas na 3\u00aa volta consegui manter a dist\u00e2ncia e manter-me na P1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o senti muitas dores ao longo do fim de semana por isso sinto-me bem fisicamente, fui muito consistente nos meus tempos e por isso foi um fim de semana positivo onde a equipa voltou a trabalhar muito bem e conseguimos cumprir o objetivo para mim que era fazer p\u00f3dio com o 1\u00ba lugar. <br>Mais uma vez obrigada a toda a equipa MOFC dentro e fora de pista que me ajudaram a conquistar a P1 e tamb\u00e9m aos meus pais que me apoiam incondicionalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
