\u2013 How do I return or exchange an item?<\/b><\/p>\n

For returning or exchanging an item please contact our customer service – <\/span>orders@migueloliveira44.com<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 How long do I have to return or exchange an item?<\/b><\/p>\n

All returns or exchanges must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment. This is in addition to your right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. However, there will be no refund, but only exchange for items of equal or greater value, which are in stock. Any exchange can only be carried out in physical store.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Do I have to pay anything to return or exchange my items?<\/b><\/p>\n

The customer service will inform you on this. Should the return or exchange be based on a faulty item, an incorrect item or in any problem with the purchased items or a return made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order the return costs shall be supported by Miguel Oliveira Fan Club.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the return or exchange to be carried out, it is mandatory that the article has not been used or washed and that is in the same condition as it was sent. After Miguel Oliveira Fan Club receives the article, if it doesn\u2019t comply with the above, the return or exchange will not be made.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, items that are damaged due to washing errors will not be exchanged, since Miguel Oliveira Fan Club is not responsible for their misuse \/ washing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Besides this, the articles must be completed in all parts that compose it, and even with respective identification tags.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return or exchange can only be made for another item of another size or another model, however, the exchange must be made for an item of equal or greater value, which is in stock. Any exchange can only be carried out in physical store.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is not possible to return or exchange personalized items. Likewise, it is not possible to return or exchange items purchased prior to a promotional campaign, for products currently on sale.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 How will I receive my refund?<\/b><\/p>\n

There will be no refund, but only exchange for items of equal or greater value, which are in stock. Any exchange can only be carried out in physical store.<\/span><\/p>\n
