– How do I return an item?

For returning an item please contact our customer service – orders@migueloliveira44.com.

– How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment. This is in addition to your right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

– Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

The customer service will inform you on this. Should the return be based on a faulty item, an incorrect item or in any problem with the purchased items or a return made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order the return costs shall be supported by Miguel Oliveira Fann Club.

For the exchange to be carried out, it is mandatory that the article has not been used or washed and that is in the same condition as it was sent. After Miguel Oliveira Fan Club receives the article, if it doesn’t comply with the above, the exchange will not be made. 

In addition, items that are damaged due to washing errors will not be exchanged, since Miguel Oliveira Fan Club is not responsible for their misuse / washing.

Besides this, the articles must be completed in all parts that compose it, and even with respective identification tags.

Exchandes can only be made for another item of another size or another model, however, the exchange must be made for an item of equal or greater value, which is in stock.

It is not possible to exchange personalized items. Likewise, it is not possible to exchange items purchased prior to a promotional campaign, for products currently on sale.

– How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

– When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/credir institution.

– What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact our customer service, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible

– Can I exchange my product?

Yes, if you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.

Miguel Oliveira Fan Club reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
